Basic yoga can help women have a healthy way of life devoid of stress.

When you wake up sit on a mat on the floor and hug your knees to your chest. Then raise your legs in the air and stay bottoms up until your head clears. Next stand up and drop your forehead to your shins until you feel ready to tackle the rest of your day. Waking up doesn't have to be shocking yourself alive by drinking a vat of coffee.

Many of us use an array of small vices on a daily basis such as; caffeine, cigarettes, abrasive exercises or no exercise. A lot of programs have a somewhat violent approach, to strain yourself or jogging on pavement. Our approach to fitness and well being should be a nonviolent one. Don't be ruthless with yourself.

Yoga is strenuous but not painful and will give every inch of your body a great workout.
